WHAT IS PRODUCTION MONITORING?

Production Monitoring is defined as the process of observing and analyzing a manufacturing process to improve quality and efficiency.
To achieve this data must be collected from the manufacturing process in real-time. From that data, Management can make informed decisions quickly in real-time.
The data collected over time (historically) will be used to identify issues that can improved upon to stream line the manufacturing process. This provides Management with a the tools to continuously improve.
