OVERVIEW
The information provided below is intended for the IT Department. This will provide basic information they may need to setup a Teams Channel that will allow the VersaVision software to post communications.
GENERAL
VersaVision uses a Webhook URL to communicate with the Teams Channel.

REQUIREMENTS
- Specific Teams Channel for use by the VersaVision software must be created.
- The Webhook URL from the Teams Channel must be copied/documented for implementation.
SPECIFICATIONS
- For specifications on a Teams Channel, Webhook or Channel Creation, please refer to the Microsoft website.
- For questions concerning Channel Creation Permissions, please contact your IT Department or 365 Administrator.
