OVERVIEW


The information provided below is intended for the IT Department. This will provide basic information they may need to setup a Teams Channel that will allow the VersaVision software to post communications.


GENERAL


VersaVision uses a Webhook URL to communicate with the Teams Channel.

REQUIREMENTS
Specific Teams Channel for use by the VersaVision software must be created.
The Webhook URL from the Teams Channel must be copied/documented for implementation.

For specifications on a Teams Channel, Webhook or Channel Creation, please refer to the Microsoft website.
