Advanced Shift Filter

The Advanced Shift Filter functionality allows the user the highest level of control over the Shift or Shifts being used.
This page explains how to setup an Advanced Shift Filter. The details are general in nature, if you have questions please contact VersaCall Support.
The Advanced toggle will be switched On in the Shift Filter section of the application.
Click inside the Filter field to setup the filter.
- AND - use this separator to indicate that data is considered when an event has all the tags.
- OR - use this separator to indicate that either tag can be considered in the filter.
Example of a filter using the AND separator is in the image below.
Using this setup our application will only show data for events that have both the "weekday" and "first_shift" tags.
Any event that does not contain both of these tags will be omitted.
Example of a filter using the OR separator is in the image below.
Using this setup means our application will show data for any events that are tagged with "weekend" and "third_shift".
Any events tagged with "weekend" or "third_shift" will be included - anything not tagged with either will be omitted.
