- OVERVIEW
- The Side Bar allows the user to access Applications and User Information.
- This page will concentrate on providing information regarding all the available options on the Side Bar.
- DETAILS
- The Applications Bar will load on top of the Side Bar.
- All available Applications will be shown here.
- Certain Applications are made up of multiple Applications.
- These will be marked with a Down Arrow on the right side of the Application name.
- Click on the Down Arrow to see a list of all the Applications in that Section.
- Certain Applications are singular, there are no other Applications within it.
- These can be identified by NOT having a Down Arrow next to the Application name.
- Click on the Application name to access it.
- At the bottom of the Side Bar there is a User Icon.
- Click on the icon to access the options available
The User menu will load above the icon.
- The Profile page will load on the screen with the following options:
- Email Address - this will display the email address the user entered when signing into the VersaVision software.
- This information cannot be changed as it is part of the Users Contact information.
- Name - the name associated with the user will display here.
- This information can be edited.
- Last Name - the last name associated with the user will display here.
- This information can be edited.
- Password - use this field to enter a new Password.
- Confirm Password - use this field when changing the Password. The user will need to re-type the Password.
- Language - click on the down arrow to select an alternative language.
- This change will only affect the VersaVision interface.
- Email Address - this will display the email address the user entered when signing into the VersaVision software.
- The Log In page will load on the screen with the following options:
- Email Address - enter in the email address associated with the user that is logging in.
- Password - enter the password associated with the email address that is logging in.
- Keep Me Authenticated - select this option to reduce the number of time the user will need to log in.
- Login - once all options/fields have been entered, click on the Login button.
