Visuals - Table Rows

The Row button can be selected on any existing row in the table. Once selected, all of the cells in the Row will highlight. This allows the user to manipulate all of the cells at one time.
This page will explain each tool/function available when selecting a Row.
Click on any of the Row buttons on the left side of the Table layout.
All of the cells in the Row will highlight.

When the cells in the Row are highlighted, the Row Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click in the Height field.
Row Heights are ratios. Adjust a height up or down to take up more of the available space on the dashboard. Enter the appropriate Row Height for the cell(s) being created.
Example # 1: R1 & R2 are set to a 100 height size. R1 & R2 would take up half of the available space respectively.
Example # 2: R1 is set to a 100 height size and R2 is set to a 50 height size. C1 would take up 2/3 of the available space. C2 would takup 1/3 of the available space.
The Row Height will adjust on the layout.

When the cells in the Row are highlighted, the Row Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Merge icon to merge the Row into one cell.
The Row will show as one cell on the layout.
Click on the Unmerge icon on the Row Tools and Properties area.
The Row will show individual cells on the layout.

When the cells in the Row are highlighted, the Row Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Copy icon to copy all cells in a Row.
Any cell that is contained in the Row will be copied to the clipboard. Select another Row on the Dashboard that the cell information needs to be copied into.
Click on the Paste icon on the Row Tools and Properties area.
The the information for the cells will now show in the new Row on the layout.

When the cells in the Row are highlighted, the Row Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Find & Replace icon to change multiple items at one time.
A Find & Replace window will open on the screen. Click in the Find field to enter the name or value that you want the system to find.
The system will find the name/value of every item in the selected cells. This would include the Cell and the Cell Content Conditions.
Example: Replace all of the Maintenance cells with Materials. User would enter Maintenance into the Find field.
Click in the Replace field to enter the name or value that is going to replace the name/value that was entered in the Find field..
The system will replace the name/value of every item in the selected cells. This would include the Cell and the Cell Content Conditions.
Example: Replace all of the Maintenance cells with Materials. User would enter Materials into the Replace field.
Click on the Replace button.
The affected cells will show the change on the layout.

When the cells in the Row are highlighted, the Row Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Delete icon to remove an entire Row from the table.
The Row will be automatically removed from the table, there will not be any warning or confirmation screen.
