Visuals - Table Select All

OVERVIEW

The select All icon can be selected inside a Table Dashboard or Widget. When this icon is selected, all of the cells on the Table will be highlighted/selected.

This page will explain each tool/function available when selecting All.

SELECTION

Click on the Select All icon on the Table layout.

All of the cells in the Table will be highlighted/selected.

MERGE/UNMERGE ROWS

When All cells are highlighted/selected, the Multiple Cells Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Merge icon to merge all of the cells into one cell.

All of the cells will merge into 1.

•

Click on the Unmerge icon on the Multiple Cells Tools and Properties area.

The Table will show individual cells on the layout.

FIND & REPLACE DATA

When All cells are highlighted/selected, the Multiple Cells Tools and Properties will load on the right side of the layout. Click on the Find & Replace icon to change multiple items at one time.

A Find & Replace window will open on the screen. Click in the Find field to enter the name or value that you want the system to find.
The system will find the name/value of every item in the selected cells. This would include the Cell and the Cell Content Conditions.
Example: Replace all of the Maintenance cells with Materials. User would enter Maintenance into the Find field.

Click in the Replace field to enter the name or value that is going to replace the name/value that was entered in the Find field..
The system will replace the name/value of every item in the selected cells. This would include the Cell and the Cell Content Conditions.
Example: Replace all of the Maintenance cells with Materials. User would enter Materials into the Replace field.

Click on the Replace button.

The affected cells will show the change on the layout.

CELL APPEARANCE

When All cells are highlighted/selected, the user can edit the Cell Appearance for all of the cells. The Cell Appearance will load on the right side of the layout.
Any changes made to any of the Appearance settings will be applied to all of the selected cells.
