Visuals - Dashboards Home

- OVERVIEW
- The Dashboards Home page allows the user to see a list of all the Dashboards in the system and to edit or add more Dashboards.
- This page will provide information on how to access Adding, Editing, Favoriting and Viewing functions as well as Duplicating and Deleting Dashboards.
- NAVIGATION
- Dashboards can be accessed via the Home page menu or the Dashboards icon.
- Once Visuals has been selected from the menu - select Dashboards.

- ADD A DASHBOARD
- On the Dashboards home page, click on the Add New button at the top right corner of the screen.

- There will be 3 options available from the menu.

- Freehand - this type of Dashboard provides the user a free form interface where they can add cells to the space and move them any where in the area.
- Messaging - this type of Dashboard provides the user a set interface for displaying the Text Communications that are setup on Monitoring Points.
- Table - this type of Dashboard provides the user a Table based interface where the rows and columns are added to create cells in a table that represent live information.

- EDIT A DASHBOARD
- On the Dashboards home page, click on the Add New button at the top right corner of the screen.

- There are 3 different types of Dashboard.
- The Type of Dashboard will be displayed at the top of the Layout.

- Freehand - this type of Dashboard provides the user a free form interface where they can add cells to the space and move them any where in the area.

- DUPLICATE A DASHBOARD
- On the Dashboard home page, click on the 3 Dot ellipsis on the top-right side of the Dashboard card.

- Select Duplicate from the menu.

- The New Dashboard window will load with the Properties menu showing.
- Click in the Name field to enter a name for the duplicated Dashboard.

- There are 3 different types of Dashboard.
- The Type of Dashboard will be displayed at the top of the Layout.

- Freehand - this type of Dashboard provides the user a free form interface where they can add cells to the space and move them any where in the area.
- Messaging - this type of Dashboard provides the user a set interface for displaying the Text Communications that are setup on Monitoring Points.
- Table - this type of Dashboard provides the user a Table based interface where the rows and columns are added to create cells in a table that represent live information.

- DELETE A DASHBOARD
- On the Dashboard home page, click on the 3 Dot ellipsis on the top-right side of the Dashboard card.

- Select Delete from the menu.

- Select Yes on the warning message to remove the Dashboard.
- Select Cancel to keep the Dashboard.

- VIEW A DASHBOARD
- On the Dashboard home page, Thumbnail/Image of the Dashboard on the Dashboard card. There is an overlay of a Play icon.

- The Dashboard that was selected will open in a new tab.

- GENERATE A DASHBOARD THUMBNAIL
- On the Dashboard home page, click on the 3 Dot ellipsis on the top-right side of the Dashboard card.

- Select Generate Thumbnail from the menu.

- The system will take a few seconds to generate the image.

- Once the Thumbnail has been generated, the image on the Dashboard Card will be updated.
