Visuals - Messaging Tag Filter

OVERVIEW

A Messaging Widget allows the user to setup a display for the Text Communications that are setup on Monitoring Points.

The Tag Filter section allows the user to specifically select what Alerts are sent to/considered for the Messaging Widget/Dashboard.

This page will explain how to use both types of Tag Filters.

DETAILS

The Tag Filter allows the user to setup what Alert Messages will be shown on the Widget/Dashboard. By default, the system is setup to show Any Alert Message.

Example - if the user wanted to create a Message Widget/Dashboard that would only display Maintenace messages, the Tag Filter would be used to select the Maintenance tag only.

Click on the Edit button to change the Tag Filter.

If the user needs to setup a Custom Tag Filter, click on the Advanced toggle switch to enable the feature.
