OVERVIEW


The information provided below is intended for the IT Department. The system uses multiple ports during normal operation - this applies to both system types (VersaCall Provided or Virtual Server)
There are 3 different levels of Ports - Required, Optional & System/Site Specific.

REQUIRED INCOMING PORTS


Port: 80 (HTP) - TCP
Port: 9090 (web sockets) - TCP
Port: 21 (SSH) - TCP

OPTIONAL INCOMING PORTS


Port: 9000 - TCP
Port: 8080 - TCP

SYSTEM SPECIFIC PORTS


Ports for Email & Text (SMS)

Port: 25 or 587 - SMTP - Outgoing
Other Ports can be used depending on the Facility. The "25" and "587" Ports are the most common.
Only needed when the system is required to send Emails and/or Text Messages.

Ports for Remote Coordinators

Port: 771 - TCP - Outgoing
Only needed when a Remote (Ethernet) Coordinator has been purchased.

Port: 8234 - TCP - Outgoing
Only needed when a Remote (Ethernet) Paging Transmitter has been purchased.

Port: 773 - HTTPS - Outgoing
Only needed when a Teams (Web Hook) is being used.
