OVERVIEW

The information provided below is intended for the IT Department.
The system uses multiple ports during normal operation.
This applies to both system types (VersaCall Provided or Virtual Server)
There are 3 different levels of Ports
Incoming Ports
Required & Options
System/Site Specific
Email
Remote Coordinator
Remote Paging Transmitter
Teams Channel



INCOMING

REQUIRED
Port: 80 (HTP) - TCP
Port: 9090 (web sockets) - TCP
Port: 22 (SSH) - TCP

OPTIONAL
Port: 9000 - TCP
Used to allow access to Portainer once it has been installed on the system.



SYSTEM SPECIFIC

EMAIL AND TEXT
Port: 25 or 587 - SMTP - Outgoing
Other Ports can be used depending on the Facility.
"25" and "587" Ports are the most common.

REMOTE COORDINATOR
Port: 771 - TCP - Outgoing
Only needed when a Remote (Ethernet) Coordinator has been purchased.

Port: 8234 - TCP - Outgoing
Only needed when a Remote (Ethernet) Paging Transmitter has been purchased.

Port: 443 - HTTPS - Outgoing
Only needed when a Teams (Web Hook) is being used.
