The Communications section of the software allows the user to access Contacts, Defined Messages, Escalations and Contact Groups.
Click on the Icon below for more information on that specific application.
- View, Add, Edit, Delete and Test Contacts
- View, Add, Edit, Delete, Duplicate and Set Default Messages
- View, Add, Edit and Delete Escalations
- Delete and Duplicate Escalation Levels
- View, Add, Edit, Delete and Test Contact Groups.
