Visuals - Cell Properties

OVERVIEW
Once a cell has been added to a Dashboard or Widget, it can be selected and setup according to what is needed. When a cell is selected, a Cell Properties window will load on the right side of the Layout.
Each section of the Cell Properties has a specific function and purpose.
